Sea Moss is a seaweed, which is a sea vegetable. Seaweed is an umbrella term for many different marine-based plants and algae. 

Can you put sea moss in food?

Absolutely. You can put it in anything as a thickener. It's almost tasteless. Great in dips and raw foods, for maximum nutritional benefit. 

How long can you leave Sea Moss Out?

Sea Moss should be refrigerated after opening. 

How do you know when it's gone bad?

Should be used within 30 days after receiving.

Do not mix in other food because it will be spoiled. Can add moss to other food. 

TIPS

Only open one jar at a time.  

If closed jar of moss liquefies, refrigerate to return to gel for 24-48 hours. 

Closed new jars can be stored in a cool and dry space.
